Fix your central vacuum
If your central vacuum cleaner is defective and you wish to have it repaired, please contact a service center;
- Go to our Find a retailer page at the end of this page.
- Enter your address or zip code in the search bar.
- Check Venmar, Broan and NuTone under Repair.
The first search result will show the nearest location based on the address you provided.
- For warranty repairs, your proof of purchase (non-transferable) will be required.
- To check whether your unit is still under warranty, the service center will be able to confirm this.
- The unit must be supplied whole with drive unit and debris container.
